Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Now for something completely different. Auxture Experimental Sampler.

Would love to see this come to iOS. Leftfield stuff like this swings my boat.

@echoopera Should imagine this would swing yours aswell!

  • Cool. I think one could approximate something similar with Borderlands. Load a ton of samples and then apply low probabilities to each node.

Will have to give it a go got Borderlands which is along these lines.

    metoo. Rabbit hole ahoi!

  • AUXTURE - Version 1.2

Now with output record + 'AUX-Seq' sequencer across Win and Mac standalone and M4L.

    Youtube sound demo: https://youtu.be/iq7SCMhKb6M

Thank your for your support and feedback - we are listening!

    Version Changelog - Version 1.1

    • Added x1/x10 switch for ADSR times, they are not dependent from a single sample duration but they can last up to 10 repetition each. This can be useful when trying to apply amplitude envelope to loops of very short sounds.

    • Added recording system.

    • Added AUX-Seq.

    • Now randomization won't affect ADSR and fixed pitch (because is CPU expensive and may cause glitches), and effects dry/wet will be affected up to the half, to avoid excessive alteration of the samples.

Just got this - madder than a box of frogs, but incredible fun...should probably read the manual, but I'm making some of the wierdest sounds around straight out of the box...Would love a VST / AU version, but at least I can route audio into a DAW with Blackhole...excellent...!
