Launchpad Pro not working on iOS suddenly

I've been setting up a new Launchpad Pro Mk3. It worked fine with Launchpad, and AUM etc. But now not showing up as a MIDI device. I'm struggling to find a way to factory reset. Any clues would be most welcome for a solution.

    In the meantime, contact Novation tech support. They are pretty helpful.

    RESOLVED.

    It wouldn't update in Component, but then an update appeared, and it's working fine since then.
