Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Hi
Not had this problem before..
Won’t record modulation wheel changes..with internal keyboard or midi one..
Ideas?

  • So only way to record automation of mod wheel...is arm record tracks...and not W and R (as shown in mixer)?
That’s weird....all other things like volume panning and Cubasis efx can be done with W and R...
    Am I correct I wonder?
    Thanks...

The Pitch Bend & Mod Wheel are 'Midi Data', the others (Using R & W) are regular automation parameters.
For midi data the track has to be armed for recording, or you could draw it in by hand in the midi event editor.

That's the way it works :)

  • I mean adding in mod wheel data after you’ve recorded the midi data...as needed to do this as using both hands to play...
