Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Weird, it's just Glitch Studio here. Found it anyway so thanks.
Datamosh Deluxe complete basket case here on iPad 7 with iOS 14.4. Can't do anything other than browse the camera roll. after that it becomes inaccessible and nothing shows up on the new project page. No selected media, no next button.
Anyone else having issues?
Which of these are most referring to and recommending?
I wasn’t having any of those issues, but the newsletter sign up didn’t work, no way to delete imported audio, and one other thing I can’t remember.
I bought the app, but I also contacted the devs. They put me on their beta and the issues I was having have been fixed. So, they are working on it from what I can tell and they’ve also said they’re developing audio apps now too. No idea what sort of apps though.
I’m referring to the top one, Glitch Art Studio Cam effects. I paid the one off fee for the unlock - totally worth it, it does so much.
Good to know. I emailed them so hopefully I get a similar response.
Try this one. It’s got a ton of effects. And it’s free, if you don’t mind
an occasional commercial interruption, which you can immediately
click away. You can use it without internet, but then not all of the
effects are accessible. And it’s only in portrait mode.

Hi, I wanted to thank all you that contributed to this thread. I was oblivious to these apps or anything video related for that matter. After subscribing to this thread and evesdropping I bought Datamosh, downloaded Glitch Art studio and after seeing how useful it was bought the very reasonably priced IAP unlock.
Here’s the video I made if you want check it out:

My little app contribution. Pexels https://apps.apple.com/es/app/pexels/id1434330413?l=en is a free stock pictures and video app. Very easy to search and download, Everything in that video is taken from Pexels except a few seconds of me and the Bill Gates bits.
These apps are just great to put something fun and quick together. I had a lot of fun. It adds up to the song and storytelling.
Some comments:
I spent under 9€ In total. You got to love these iOS devs. Again thanks for making this thread!.
I thought I was the only one waiting for that, now that’s the big D is on Mac as well it’s very exciting, though I have just bought into Max/msp so I’ve got a fairly big rabbit hole to explore for a good while yet
I was absolutely floored seeing how much I can do with that one for such a low price
Anyone using pixel nodes?
https://apps.apple.com/il/app/pixel-nodes/id1313351782
It’s inspired by an amazing interactive software called Touchdesigner
I posted a couple times about pixel nodes about 9 months ago. It is fun.
I need to try the latest release.
It's a unity app, which tends to make the UI less joyful than it could be on an iPad.
I wish the MIDI support were more first-class.
My feeling before was that it had potential and was a great app for learning about video pipelines.
In the last few weeks, I've been playing with video green screen transitions in Lumafusion. My interest in video is kind of the same as the posters here. I'd like to create some nice abstract visuals to go behind my audio for YouTube. I found this post on a search in the forum and it was very helpful! Thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences (as you always do!). I downloaded what looked useful (and purchased, if necessary), and so far I'm finding uzu, ions2, triple a touch visualizer and glitch art studio amazing. Coupled with transparency in Lumafusion, I've created multiple clips and overlaid them. The possibilities seem endless, and surprisingly there's quite a bit of flexibility. Actually what got me here was discovering that as fabulous as Blender looks, the learning curve is going to be steep, and I wanted something to tide me over while I learn it. Thanks to all!
I purchased K Machine and the upgrade too, but it crashes immediately on open. Neither support link on the App Store will open. I requested a refund. I'm running a 2015 iPad Pro at 15.4. I've tried restarting, rebooting, etc and no luck.
Some new things to look at:
VS from Imaginando supports audio-reactive GLSL
Generate has a new version
iOrnament / iO Crafter can output video to be used elsewhere
Real-time glitch to music where you play DataMoshing clips. DataMosh reactive
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/datamosh-reactive/id1582860802
nice, thanks!
How do you access the settings on Alchemist Rose? I can’t find any buttons or sliders etc.
It’d be cool if there was an app version of the Neon Captain Radiator: laser synthesizer, but with video output vs. laser…
