Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

  • Borderlands and Tacohma (on the space station). First is crazy online fun, 2nd is chilled out floating game with story. Also bioshock r3mastered. Hails to the lady gamers.

  • Dark Castle. It has to be the original and I don't think anyone has it available anymore. But, I wasted serious amounts of time playing that game when I was supposed to be studying. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Castle) It's kinda the definitive original Mac game.

I wonder if it works in any emulators.

There was a version of Dark Castle updated for OS X (and in colour which wasn’t so cool).

Beyond Dark Castle was the first Mac game I ever bought back in about 1989. Loved it. Unfortunately I don’t think BDC was updated when they did the update of the original.

I used to walk into walls on purpose just for the ‘dazed’ animation.

Edit: found it. It was called ‘Return to Dark Castle’ and was a new game but was later released with the levels of both Dark Caslte and Beyond Dark Castle.

I tried Return to Dark Castle when it was in an almost finished beta state. It didn't quite have the feel of the original.

That dazed thing and the tripping over a single stair -- incredibly frustrating. That is what made it great though.

I am going to need to find an emulator now. I was just starting to get some work done too.

It works! Feels very weird. Thanks for the link! I feel the need to go out and find the Talking Moose now.

So far she's deep into Terraria and I am left alone to be deep in Drambo, I'd consider that a win!
