Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

It’s free for a while now , but deserves attention . Many quality sounds
OK, only saw this blog post today.
Haven't gone into it yet but apparently there is a slew of quite obscure audio tracks.
Amazing stuff - some great amp / electrical equipment sounds crying out for looping and tweaking...
Just thought I would bump this from last year in case anybody missed it... the site is
https://sound-effects.bbcrewind.co.uk
I used it a few days ago for the first time and it’s amazing what is available free, in wav or mp3 format.
I used part of 8 mins 44 secs worth of ‘Wetlands Atmosphere - Low-lying Marshy Pasture: Winter; Early Morning Gale, lapping water & distant Curlews. Salt-marsh.’ in https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/43505/031-curlew
is it possible to download the whole thing or do you have to do one by one?
@NimboStratus , given there are over 30,000 sounds in a searchable format I am not sure why you would want to download them all 🤔
true! ;-)
For personal use only?!! But I’ve always paid my tv license. It’s mine, mine, mine!!
Luckily a lot of the sounds are in black and white so you don't even need a full licence.
😂🤣
As an example that I found, search for “Baka People” and you get loads of drumming and singing samples which could easily be trimmed and looped as an interesting basis for a track.
🤣
Gonna save to PC as its hassle on ipad. Download. Then branches off into unzip. Its like a game or a puzzle where the blocks are all random and you gotta work it out. I think I can transfer with readdle anyway? Wifi or Bt style to ipad?
