    @ChrisG is right, unfortunately. And exporting in general from Gadget needs work. Among other things, it's not very flexible.

    Just butcher the song, then be sure to SAVE AS!

    Yep this. Atleast a working work-around for now, just don't mess up and overwrite your song. Save it as a backup, and butcher that version, exporting the scenes you want etc.
