What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. This is a cool app. One I've only used it so far 'top' beats, like sprinkling salt on my plate, but am determined to put aside a session where I make something with this as the starting point.
Two things I'd like to see:
if I'm "playing" one of the strips and touch a second one, keep the contact and then release the first one, the second one goes on playing w/o me having to retrigger it;
Ability to define a range and have it play on more than one strip at a time, even sweeping and/or locking them.
