Send AUM clock to Arturia Keystep?

I’m pretty new to, well all of this. I’m struggling to make my keystep a slave to AUM clock. In AUM, I’ve enabled ‘send MIDI clock’ and set the destination as the keystep. And I’ve tried that with every sync setting on the keystep. Nothing. And then a bunch of trying different connections. Anyone have experience with this?

    There are DIP switches on the back of the Keystep which enable different sync options.

    down | down is internal clock
    up | down is sync in

    there is also USB and MIDI
    gotta try em all.
