Seems there are others experiencing this too on here & there’s one recent Apple discussion relating to this

Can anyone confirm Apple have stopped .ipa downloads of app updates etc.
I tried iMazing . Was able to download .ipa files installed to ipad but can not load any of the plugins even though they do show up in AUM BM3 etc.
