Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Midi AU plugin to draw music with Apple Pencil
Hello everybody! One question: is there an AU midi plugin in which i can draw with the apple pencil and the plugin converts the movements of the pencil or the drawn image into midi notes/sequences or rhythm?
Thx to all!

Nothing??
Pen2Bow
Sends CC data.
AUV3!

Also, TC-Data has control options for notes and cc via the pencil. None are included in the presets, so you’ll have to roll your own. Pretty easy to modify existing presets to work with different input including the Pencil.

Yes I know it’s not midi or AU
This looks cool.
Does this have scales or do you have to guess where the notes are or just play some random notes? If not i guess you could send it through some midi filter that transposes to scale, but that would mean that some notes are there twice and not very ideal. Or is the idea just to use this for CC control and play notes elsewhere?
I am pretty sure it just does the 4 CCs mentioned in the app description. You could probably convert CC to Note data using a plugin or Mozaic script, though.
Okay thats cool I think i might prefer it that way than actually playing notes with it. Maybe sequence pitch of a free running oscillator and use pressure to control VCA of it. Gotta try that tomorrow with this and hardware synths
