Combine two mono files to stereo

Easy question! What is the quickest way to combine two mono files to stereo and paste them back into an AudioCopy or AudioShare compatible app?

My Pro Tools AAF files are coming into Auria as two mono files, even though my Pro Tools project was using interleaved stereo.
