    The Tremendm Labs show on Twitch is sometimes streamed using StreamLabs on iOS and it looks fantastic, even when compared to their nicer cameras. They use it for a mobile cam to get closer than the stationary cams allow, sometimes.

    IIRC Twitch should be releasing the twitch studio app fairly soon and that would be a new contender, but for the highest quality streaming from your phone right now i suggest using the streamlabs app, much higher resolution and stability for me.

    (Im a member of T Labs btw, if it isnt obv)
