Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.Download on the App Store
Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Soundcloud to limit uploads to 15 tracks on free.
I got an email from Soundcloud that free users will be able to upload, store, and download their original HD lossless files (which was limited to Pro Unlimited users only). Free users were able to upload as many tracks that could fit into a 3-hour period.
Now Soundcloud will be limiting free users to 3 hours OR 15 tracks max because of "making uploading, storing, and downloading lossless tracks free for all". Existing uploads are not affected, but I won't be able to upload any fresh tracks to Soundcloud without subscribing to one of their tiers.
Now to some people who use Soundcloud on a daily basis, a subscription is worth having. That's fine. But to people like me who use Soundcloud on occasion, this is not fine, at least to me it isn't. Consider me irritated.
