How to use hardware keyboard on ipad?

Hi,

I have my hardware midi keyboard connected to my mbp. My ipad is also connected to my mbp.
The ipad is enabled is audio/midi config, so I make use of Idam Midi Host.
Now the question:
I wanna use the midi keyboard in this ^ setup to play a music app on the Ipad. Is this possible?
