Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

iPad jams - your own or recommendations

edited September 2019 in Creations

Once again, I messed up when recording my iPad jam and got bogged down in workflow instead of making music. I’m sure I’m not the only one who could use some inspiration. I’ve seen some jams on here and on YouTube but it’s all a bit random. So here is a thread to post your own jams with a comment on your workflow (if you want) or the jams of others that you like.

*Edit: I changed the title because it struck me that the word “slather” might turn people off, rather than being the click-bait title I originally imagined.

  • Also, here is one to get started - Perplex On seems to be one of the top results when you look for jams on YouTube. It seems he (I think he’s a he) does a lot of pre and post production on his jams, so they are really more like finished songs but all really impressive and set the bar in my opinion.
