Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Windows or Mac?
EDIT: Found this - https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209071169-How-to-setup-a-virtual-MIDI-network
In my experience it’s going to have very unreliable timing. Unusably so. And I know a lot about wifi optimization.
Unfortinatly windows, mac seems to have it working pretty good already
Give rtpMIDI a try. The windows link on that Ableton page points to this rtpMIDI tutorial: http://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/rtpmidi/rtpmidi-tutorial.html
It worked for my purposes, but like wim said, I wouldn't use it live or for anything where timing is crucial.
If necessary, you should be able to reduce latency by setting up an ad-hoc (aka peer-to-peer) network. See: http://www.redmondpie.com/create-ad-hoc-wifi-hotspot-in-windows-10-heres-how
So I have been messing with RtpMIDI and I have it working fairly well. I’m using FL studio on windows.
Yeah thats it i think i have used that once before going to give it a try, thanks
I believe this app could be of help in establishing a MIDI connection with your desktop
