HTF do you turn off the question marks all over the screen?? On the iPad, there's a toggle for this but on the iPhone no toggle. There is a "show info" button, which might be what I need to press. But guess what?? Theres a #$%@ question mark right on top of it, so I can't press it without getting a help pop-up.... 
One of these POS question marks is also blocking access to the panic button. These question marks are generally making the app useless on the iPhone. On the iPad, it works great....

I don't have iMIDIPatchbay, so can't test this, but have you tried using the iPhone's Accessibility settings to zoom in on the screen? Perhaps you'll be able to press the button to turn off the tool-tips on the zoomed-in screen?
