Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
New free MIDI Arp
Simple, straightforward arp sequencer. Advertised for iPhone but looks pretty good on iPad. Did quick a test with Thor and seemed OK.

It's kind of deceiving because in the description it doesn't show in app purchases but it has a pro in-app upgrade.
Yes upgrade for channel assignments etc. but for $0 it's usable. Version 1.0 so who knows what the dev might come up with later
how much for the pro version?
AUS$6.49 apparently. For free and only 2Meg download it's worth a look.
yea, a nice lightweight multichannel arp is potentially quite exciting!
This is amazing. Where's Doug?
Triggering Soundfont Pro layered with piano and strings. Very nice. IAP is for song control, key changes, major and minor, velocity ranges, swing, etc.
.
Ipad version is Devs top priority.
All these arps are too experimental to me. I love good old piano roll. I wish TheSys had a real iPad version and not umi zoomy version. If notes were piano roll based then it would have been a real killer!!
sounds like it's worth the IAP. But should I wait for an iPad version, as the IAP is unlikely to be cross-compatible?
^That's why I'm holding off on the IAP also.

Sounds like a good question for the dev. Maybe when you register your app with audiobus the team could automatically make the dev an account here.
add a google alert to track mentions and insta dev/user community.
Actually now that I have woken up, had several cups of tea and a proper look at this, it's not as basic as I first thought. It's rather deeper than that. As @mgmg4871 mentioned it works brilliantly with SoundFont Pro. Inserting chords in the steps is excellent too. Definitely one to watch. I will wait to see the full iPad version before I upgrade.
Waiting for response from Dev on whether IAP will be universal.
