Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Larger buffer sizes for non time critical processing?
I understand 512 bytes (10ms) is probably the limit for live effects, but what about having buffer sizes in the range 1024-4096 for non time critical processing such as send effects, mastering and using (for example) DAWs as inputs to Audiobus? As I understand, Audiobus compensates for the latency anyway, assuring the audio stream is in sync regardless.
Larger buffer sizes would mean less CPU load and a wider span of available complex synths and effects. Wohooo!
(something tells me it's not that simple, though..)

Similar vein - now we do have the 512 option please can we have more than 3 input slots?
