    Sorry, I have just read the sounds you'd make are for no commercial use, so...just a toy (if even).

    @fjblanco I think that's there because it can import from the iTunes library.

    You can use your iPhones own music library as a sound source. (However,

    certain tracks which are covered under DRM may not be used).

    Commercial use of the works created by using this application is subject to the copyright clearance from right holders.

    If you're not using a sample and you create something with it, I reckon you're the 'rights holder' so you'd be fine.
