Pitch randomization midi processing app

i have a stream of midi notes that I would like to inject some random modulation of pitch value into while staying within the c major scale. Are there any apps that will allow me to add varying degrees of modulation to an incoming stream of midi notes?

You can modulate Rozeta Scaler using Rozeta LFO. That would do the trick I suppose?

Different Drummer allows you to import midi and accomplish what you're asking. I don't know if the application allows you to process midi in real time. It may, but I've never used it that way.
