Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Trying out the free 10 day trial of the PhasePlant VST. Very cool modular building style synth. Downside some of the multiple wave table modules can be heavy on my old Surface Pro 3 CPU. Some nice sounding presets onboard.
This thing even has a built in Space Invaders Game !
Would be curious what this kitchen sink synth brings to the table, because the snap-ins look like they add up to mucho $$$. Personally I prefer UVI Falcon as my go to do-it-all synth.
Yes agreed the snap-ins which they intergrated do bang the price up. The actual synth design reminds me of Bitwig. Give Bitwig a Wave module and you could basically copy this.
The graphic displays look great, and I’ve seen some nice looking screen caps on Twitter. I’ve always thought of Kilohearts plugs as “dance” oriented. Having said that, I’m going back to my dark place with MASSIVE and BYOME.
I'm just bumping this old thread to say I've been comparing Phase Plant to Pigments. I don't own either.
As with some comparisons I did about a year ago, Phase Plant continues to impress me the most of any synth that isn't trying to sound like a vintage synth or a sampled instrument. Many of the presets sound awesome and inspiring.
Pigment has great sounds, too. And Pigments definitely excels over possibly any other synth with its UI. I can see Pigments would be a great way to learn synth sound design because you have the waves in your face with every move.
I am probably not going to buy either for now and wait for the usual holiday sales. But if I had to pick one, it'd be Phase Plant.
