Speaker recommendation for use with Amp sims

I am checking out a bunch of Amp simulation software like Amplitube and Bias for both iOS and Desktop. My current speakers don't cut it for this purpose. Especially when using distortion and such. They easily break up... not in a good way either. They are just Klipsch 5.25" bookshelf speakers.
What have you all used that work well?

    I use Numark npm 100 in my bedroom and old celestion pa in the studio. They both sound great.
