What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear.     Not yet, but I’m buying the Field Kit duo as a Christmas gift to myself. Mesmerized by the science kit-ness of it all. And I’m just so damn tired of looking at screens. If you grab it anytime soon, do share thoughts and sounds.

    Funny, i was just thinking the same thing. Need to lock myself in the studio this weekend without screens ... unless it's a tiny on-synth screen. hehehehe

    I hear ya on the screens thing. Too much! Yeah definite Science kit vibes :) Was kinda waiting to see how the Empress Zoia turns out but this appeals a lot with its WYSIWYG UI and lots of knobs. Will report back if I grab one..

    Looks nice, I also got my eye on that Empress Zoia.

    Absolutely. The science kit/electronics lab vibe really is pretty damn enticing.
    I loved those things as a kid.

    Really like the Koma stuff, can't justify the expense right now but Christmas IS looming ... driveways to asphalt, fencing to construct, cars to replace, etc, etc.
