Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. Propably not much to discover here for all the experts in this group, but I’ve made a little introduction into the functions of AUM, available in English and German. Question to the German speaking members of this group: is there any interest in more videos like this in German language?

    I think generally that there is not enough professional german content. On the other side mostly anybody can at least understand english today - considering people at the age to buy their own gear.

    Mich würde generell allerdings mal der Anteil an deutschsprachigen (aktiven) Leuten in diesem Forum interessieren :)

    Zudem hätte ich Lust auch mal was mit anderen gemeinsam zu generieren. Ich bin eher im Süden zu finden - Im Süden Deutschlands.

    Wo im Süden? Weil im Süden bin ich auch (Bayern, in der Nähe von Rosenheim)

    I welcome every well done AUM tutorial @Martinj !
    Especially when it comes to more complex functions and correlations. I think a lot is possible with AUM even if it doesn't open up in the first moment.

    So I am also interested in the complex interaction in connection with Audiobus or ApeMatrix.

    English is ok for me!

    Sollten sich hier Leute aus Berlin tummeln, wäre ich für einen Berliner IOS Musik-Stammtisch offen und könnte optimale Räumlichkeiten für ein regelmäßiges Treffen anbieten.

    Ich selbst bin in der IT tätig und veranstalte seit 12 Jahren den monatlichen Berliner Thinkpad-Stammtisch...

    Nur falls Interesse besteht...😊

    bin auch aus Berlin, mach aber viel zu wenig mit dem iPad (schade eigentlich), nur im Urlaub ausgiebiger und manchmal ein wenig im Park, insofern bin ich da immer noch ein ziemlicher Honk ~ deshalb iOS Stammtisch mangels Kompetenz wohl besser ohne mich

    .. danke für den FutureSonic Tip (grad angemeldet) und für das Video oben, werd ich mir auch anschauen, AUM hab ich nämlich bis jetzt auch noch nicht so richtig kapiert

    In jedem Fall existiert ein Bedarf daran und es wäre schön, wenn Du Fortstzungen dazu machst.
