Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Remembering midi mappings?

Any tips to remember your midi mappings?
I am considering using a label maker.

  • Idea: A very small led screen under each knob displaing what it controls.
Each time you activate an app, this would change accordingly to either custom or stock mappings......Now i just need to learn how to build a midi keyboard😖

That would be a nice feature. Love that the McMIllen Softstep lets me assign a short name to CCs. I can see on the floor. 'strt' 'stop' 'loop1'

    Mostly, yes I use a labelmaker. I use a https://www.amazon.com/Brother-PTD210-One-Touch-User-Friendly-Templates/dp/B013DG2FNW

It takes the same power supply as guitar pedals.
