Synthmaster One - loading scales?

Any idea how to drop scales into Synthmaster One? I've tried everything I can think of.. sending from dropbox, dropping from Files app, ifunbox...

Am I missing something, or is this feature broken?

    If every question to our beloved developers out there had a own thread, this forum would drown in threads...
