Anyone know how to get a line in to iphone with sound output to a paired Bluetooth device?
An example would be tv sound in to iPhone. Amplification by iPhone. Then output to Bluetooth paired hearing aids.

You should be able to do this with:
1. The usb camera adapter connected to
2. Any class compliant audio interface with stereo input. Behringer uca202 is probably the cheapest option.
3. An app that controls audio inputs and can be setup to output to Bluetooth. I would recommend AUM: Audio Mixer
The whole setup could be under $80, so it might be a very economical option especially in the hearing assistance world.
The problem Would be if you are already using your phone with your hearing aids. I would imagine the hearing aid app on an iPhone is not intended to work alongside other audio apps. For one thing, when the uca202 is connected, for TV input, then the mic input on the iPhone would be disabled.
For TV specifically you could get an Apple TV and airplay to iPhone.
