I'Ve tried to use my rivera amp(preamp out,no output valves involved),with bias 2, used as a power amp and speaker cab emulation.
I must say i'm more than amazed by the results! Sounds very natural.
It doesn.t change the amp's feel and sound.
I've tried diffeent output tubes,and everyone of them really brings something to the table!
It changes the sound in a very pleasant way,in terms of frequencies,dynamics,and feel!
The first demo is a cover in which i use different bias's modules!
the 2nd one,is a track( guitar alone) in wich i also switch between different combinations.
Beginning of 2nd track is el34 power amp.
At 1,02 i use 6l6 power amp.
At 2.06 ,i use el84 power amp.
