Is it possible to globally switch off the reverb which is found on most of the presets even bass sounds.

Have you checked out the FX1 button (but remember to select the correct FX source - there are two)?
Yes but that disables reverb from the selected preset only. I want to disable reverb from all presets ideally in one hit.
Only way I can see of doing it at the moment is disabling the reverb on each sound and then overwrite the preset !?
Thats the only way to do it, as each preset has its own set of effects, and yes you are right, loads of them have the reverb FX as part of the preset.thats the programmers choice...

If you're nerdy, the presets are probably saved as plain text files. You could pull them all to your computer, back them up(!), find the reverb setting, do a global find and replace and put them back on your iPad.
Yban files are XML format text files, so yeah.
