MF Splitter ok with ThumbJam, loses the map w/IRig midi

I loose the audiobus 3 splitter map when I switch from Animoog to IRig on the kbd midi in.
All Instruments play full,thru the audio mix side w/no map.The map is still on animoog when I switch back.
