Imperecível (original song) - tribute to victims of Germanwings flight 9525 that crashed in 2015
This is a revisited acoustic version of my original song "Imperecível" ("imperishable"), which I made in 2015 as a tribute to the victims of the Germanwings Flight 9525. The shaker is, in fact, a capped plastic cup with some coarse salt inside. I also play the Cavaquinho, a Brazilian/Portuguese typical instrument.
The Germanwings flight 9525, operated by Germanwings, a low-cost carrier owned by Lufthansa, was an international passenger flight from Barcelona to Düsseldorf. On 24 March 2015, the aircraft, an Airbus A320-211, crashed in the French Alps. All 144 passengers and six crew members died in the crash. It was Germanwings' first fatal crash in the 18-year history of the company.
