Has anyone upgraded to the new OSX? I'm wondering how its working for people...
Is iTunes magically fixed?
Any issues syncing GarageBand files between iOS and OSX?
I happened to order a snow leopard DVD last week, so I'm upgrading my 2007 MacBook Pro from 10.5.8. Then I was surprised to find out I am eligible for a free install of Mavericks :-). Nice surprise, but I'll need to know more about how it will function on the lowest hardware eligible for the upgrade.

I would check the forums and support pages for your products. i. E. Ableton Live only works with 9.1 version which is only beta at this time.
