Controlling midi cc via MacBook?
Currently my iPad is connected via Lightning with my MacBook and Logic Pro X - so I got two audio inputs and a midi channel from my iPad. Does midi learn inside my iPad Synth work with an usb controller connected to the MacBook?

yes but you have to route between the ports, either in logic or with an app like:
