Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Using iOS music apps in your Ableton(hows whys comments)

Just moved down to Florida and space is limited as the boxes add up. So, thinking about trying out an Ableton based workflow on the new MacBook for a little bit and see what new things happen.

What are means and methods you have implemented in using iOS music apps in your Ableton workflow?

I will be using Novation Midi Keyboard, Launchpad Pro, and Launch Control XL with the AudioBox from Novation. So, I don't really need any midi controller apps.

More thinking synths, drums, sampler type stuff. Basically audio only. Not seeing a need to have MIDI go back and forth between iOS and Ableton unless I hear some good ideas that are worth it.

HOW DO YOU USE iOS music apps (iPad iPhone) with you Ableton workflow?

Thanks!
