Onsong / Forscore controlling Drum App via midi-routing possible? (like a beatbuddy Pedal)

Is there any Drum App that can receive midi commands for setting the tempo and loading pattern/song? With Onsong you can do this with a beatbuddy. You can load a chordsheet (edited with midi-commands) and the beatbuddy gets information what tempo and drum-patterns to load. RDM, DM 1 cant do this. Does someone know an app or workaround for this? Would be best, if i can control start /stop via iRig Blueboard.

    Forscore and set list maker do this I have both. You would need to send midi cc per song to program or have either pre-recordings eg in set list maker or load it into forscore
    Easiest is latter
