Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

All IK mm stuff has that port. Forces you to buy a cable from them if you lose it or break it or Apple changes its connection.....

As far as I know it's pretty much a MIDI controller with a built in audio interface. So not much OP-1 resemblance here ...

  • "Workstation" in the subject line was intriguing. The language barrier made it even more so.
But it does make me wonder: If that little wonder of design sells out at $850, why hasn't anybody even attempted to do a version of the OP-1?
