Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Your wanting to connect 4 x 3.5mm headphone out to the mixer?
For live use or studio?
Both probably was looking at the Tascam range
I'm after something similar, my Yamaha's a bit bulky to lug about. This almost looks like it does the job: https://www.gak.co.uk/en/roland-go-mixer-for-smartphones/904722?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIktDt85TX1QIVDGYbCh0dCgTbEAkYASABEgIZHfD_BwE
I am really liking this ROLLS mini mixer for exactly what you need, @Jumpercollins, it can even be powered by batteries if you need portability

I think this answer is what you were after on youtube as well
Or perhaps the Patchblocks PBMIX3?
The Yamaha ag06 will do all this and more, runs off USB battery pack and has surprisingly good onboard effects.

I'm amazed at the quality so far, I bought used for less than €100!
