Reference Tuning

Does anyone know if there are any apps other than Thumbjam that has an option to change the reference tuning?
When I change the reference tuning in Thumbjam to 432hz or lower it has no effect on the notes of the instrument. When I close the options bar and reopen it's returns to 440hz??? Help

    Ape soft Mood (has a pitch trim knob in the CTRL section, turning this -32 will get you close enough, I check with a guitar tuner)
