I saw today that it seems that Apple will allow soon that people now can download (when the developer make it available) the latest working version for the device. Means if you are on iOS 4.3 or 5.0... etc. and the latest is just for iOS 7.0 or 6.... you could download an older version now!
Not so important for me but i think in general it's a good thing!
