Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Spectrum Analyser for iOS?

edited June 2017 in App Tips and Tricks

I searched in the App store, but can only find Apps that seem to handle microphone input.
I am interested in analyzing audio files and comparing them.

Any such thing?

They have sales every couple months. Thing is it only works inaide Auria Pro. Do you use Auria pro a lot ? Would be a massive waste if you don't.

Either I misunderstand, or Spectral Eye is an instruments that can be targeted at a MIDI destination, not the other way around.

So, it cannot be used to analyse audio files or Audio tracks from a DAW...

Not yet, as I am currently doing most things with Cubasis, which is MIDI stuff.
But I think I will use Auria Pro as soon as I am ready to produce Audio stuff.

So, will be no waste
Also, I heared lots of good stuff about this plugin already.

  • I have used MC Studio stuff and have Vectorscope.
Not very smooth to use, but gives you results.
    Works with Audiobus, that's something.
