Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

  • Nice. I wonder how she shits of the po's. Edited them out of audio or some sort of foot control?

    Best typo ever?

If so, and you meant 'shifts', I think it's just a seriously impressive use of pattern chaining and live start/stops.

Haha. I meant "shuts off". Didn't know the po's had passern chaining. Then maybe the last one is silent

  • Yeah, one isn't used. You can see her bring the volume up and down on the far left one (our left). She starts and stops the 2nd and 3rd from the right at different points. Think one was extra drums and the other was a higher melody thing.
