Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
What are the first sounds/apps you're going to bring into Gadget once it gets audio tracks?
Mine:
- Animoog
- Alchemy
- Boarderlands / iDensity type stuff
Comments
SECTOR, TC-11, Samplr
There's no hope for app hosting, is there
A long live reading of a long dull poem.
Poison
Zmors Modular
Arturia iSpark
Figure
Unfinished tracks from the Mighty PC.
With background farting noises?
Addictive Pro!
Flappy Bird
Gibson Les Paul
Fender Stratocaster
Gibson SG
G&L ASAT
That one of the dog barking on my Casio.
Or the helicopter, that's a good one.
A bit of Rock-1 from the VL-1 ... Da Da Da ...
Always open to collaboration my man...
Huh? Is this seriously planned? Why come would anybody want to bring other instruments and stuff into gadget? Wouldn't it be more better to set the gadgets free so as to bring gadgets into other hosts? Unless we'll be able to drag and drop our recordings into abu dhabi or the slice gadget, which i doubt...I fail to imagine the possibilities. If whatever external instrument we bring in, if gadget's tracks automatically prepopulates the cc lanes associated with that instrument's parameters, than that would be awesome sauce. But something tells me that's inconceivable.
Sheep
Amen to this
In terms of Apps, probably Galileo, the Vintage Organs in Module just don't compare.
An Ode to flatulence ?
Figure would be my first go to. So easy to export and create a bunch of stuff quickly. Just throw 'em in there, noodle on top with gadget synths, call it a day. Probably do my drums in Auxy since those drums are beefy as hell out of the box. It might also be cool to put ikaossilator stuff in there just to mix it and fx. And of course Animoog.
Have you settled on a meter?
I'd like to bring in @flo26's guitar playing.
Dunno for sure, but I've sent Sophocles an email, haven't heard back yet ("High thoughts must have high language....")
Complaints and sighs from family and myself
A sort of damp, squelchy sound ..
Yep. Figure loops would be tempting.
Also TC-11 effects.
Also DrumJam grooves and that Luis fellow's App's grooves.
Actually, don't tell anyone but I might even bring some Garage Band 'the drummer' tracks in. Would certainly save some drum programming time.
Animoog, Model 15, iMini, Redshrike and SampleTank
So I was thinking I'd bring some iELECTRIBE loops in as well and then discovered that iELECTRIBE doesn't have audio copy! iTunes sharing still! But it has Link. KOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRGGGGG!

For ACP: Settings : Share : the little box at the bottom,
For "open in" it's the "Export to ..." one
@Littlewoodg I have the iphone version. Maybe that's the problem.
Yep, drag
With crickets in the background
A bunch of effects and random sounds.
Electric guitars and SampleTank
I see you have heard my work before...
