So these 2 guys seem to be available to ship. Has anyone done the ordering. I'd be very interested how they perform as multi-out interfaces.

If there's no volunteers in the next few weeks I'll probably dive in myself since the u24 goes for as little as £119

    Apogee one prob sounds better but it doesn't have the functionality of the Zooms..

    Well, they claim the preamps are the same as on the zoom H6 recorders which have got a solid standing. 4 discreet outs and midi IO definitely go one over apogee.

    Supadom, who's "they"? You mean Zoom? And yeah H6 recorders have a good sound by most accounts.. Hmmm...

    I'm guessing whatever comes out Zoom's mouth regarding their products is as valid as Apogee's.

    My point is that there isn't anything else of this form factor and features around at the moment. If it works well, at this price point it's a non brainer.

    Personally I rather dislike the quality of Zoom guitar effects but who knows.
