iPhone gets really hot and slow

Hello there,

I plug my guitar into my iphone 5 with the irig2.
I use Audiobus to get the system audio input.
For FX I use the amplifier app AmpKit.
For output I use Loopy HD.
I control Loopy with the Blueboard pedal.

However, my phone gets really hot and it takes over 10 seconds for Loopy to react to the Blueboard input. (So it's completely useless).
As soon as I close Audiobus Loopy reacts normal again.

Does anyone have encounter the same problems?
