Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Imini and Cubasis

edited June 2013 in Support and Feedback

Hi I'm trying to use imini as an input and cubasis as an output. I want to record imini in cubasis but it is not creating a new track for imini. There seems to be no way to record into cubasis.

  • Have you selected imini as a input source in cubasis in midi connections menu?

Yes I have imini playing back fine in cubasis through a midi
channel but I want to be able to record what I have done onto an audio track. I've done this with other apps and cubasis will create a named audio track for that app and then all I have to do is press record.

  • Is your 'audio input' set to a audiobus or audio input.??

It's the tab above 'insert effects',on the left of the screen.

  • Thanks that's where the problem was - all working now.
